every blog has to start somewhere

The idea of keeping a proper blog is always entrancing; the thought of hundreds of eyes hungrily taking in your words from the safety of their homes. Your words changing the world without the hassle of editors or publishing solicitations or even leaving the house.

Unfortunately the blogging phenomenon has grown to the point where there are far too many places to shout these words. There is too much to read, and not enough time, and one’s motivations to write begin to dwindle and dwindle. So perhaps it is too much to promise that I will use this and it will be clever, and interesting, and accurate, and constant.

However what I will do is recommend and review. Perhaps I will talk about books, television and movies I have loved. Perhaps I will create lists of fanfiction and fanart, just to spite Six Apart. I remain unsure. But I know for certain that while this is the inevitable first post, it is not the last. Dear reader, I shall return anon.
